Pros

Only pro is they pay market rates, however you quickly realise the company has a staffing issues & realise a very high turnover of staff meaning you should have questioned this before taking your job.

Cons

If you want to be a nodding dog & do as your told, this company may work for you. The company is led by an active Donald Trump character that tries to say all the right things to keep us staff believing we are in the best company on the planet. The reality is tho they expect you to work all the hours (no O/T for Project staff) and there is zero progression opportunities, despite Mgt convincing you otherwise when you join! A lot of the staff are also very young and relatively inexperienced in telecommunications. Advice: think carefully before you join, there are lots of better companies out there.
