So far, I’ve had a very positive experience with my project manager. They are supportive and take the time to understand issues rather than making assumptions. They never assume the client is always right, instead, they seek proper clarification from the client whenever concerns are raised. They also ensure that employees are not asked to do unnecessary work beyond the actual client requirements. Overall, my experience with the project management has been very good so far.
