      Pros

      Great working environment, access to almost every worker and as much participation as you ask for.

      Cons

      People get unmotivated after firing so many people. General Directors didn't approach to all departments so there was no sense of collaboration between business units. Definitely there was no challenges neither opportunities to expect professional growth..
