Can be a Pros for some people, Cons for other people. - Not for everyone, the pace can be a bit fast and intense. You need to be able to quickly catch up with the pace by yourself and expected to be able to navigate yourself and have autonomy - Way of communications day-to-day can be a bit intense and direct, might be good to have a softer language in communication, as some people might not used to a bit direct language.
