Cons: The management in the Hyderabad office, particularly at the director and delivery manager level, shows clear favoritism. Rather than focusing on performance or results, decisions often seem to be based on personal relationships. Some managers are rarely engaged in any real work—many spend time on mobile games or socializing rather than supporting their teams. Unprofessional behavior is often ignored or even protected, especially if the employee is close to leadership. Serious complaints (especially from women) about inappropriate or unethical behavior are not taken seriously. Instead, those who speak up are often targeted or pushed out. Some employees remain on the bench for long periods with no accountability, simply because of personal connections. Leadership decisions are often arbitrary. In one instance, a non-performing employee was openly defended by the director because he "plays cricket," which is an unacceptable justification in a professional setting.
