A lot of young people, wiyth high energy and willing to do their best. You get to manage challenging projects, from the technical point of view and also to learn how to manage people, the most difficult part

Low pay compared to the market, Opportunities to grow in the company are based in relationships and not on reviews. Bonus calculation is based in not measurable, not defined, not written parameters and decide by the area manager. 60+ hours per week.It's mandatory to stay there until late.
