      Juniors are not hidden in the background forever You get to understand the actual client problem not just one small task Managers give direction but don't spoon-feed everything Strong peer learning culture Good eposure to tools and structured probelm solving

      Cons

      This setup works well only if you are comfortable being pushed. If you need very detailed instructions for everything. it can feel challenging.

      Salary for freshers Good exposure to clients projects for freshers

      Cons

      Firings are common The owners are rude arrogant vindictive especially the lady no cab service even for ladies that work late at night Special treatment to 'preferred' employees especially if the lady likes you work late on weekdays and weekends. wlb is in name only Employment verification is delayed if owners dislike you and experience letters take a long time
