      Pros

      The initial training is not just a formality. It helped me get comfortable with modelling, analytics basics, and the way Indus expects people to think. after that, project work builds on it quickly. There is still a lot you learn on the job, but the starting point is useful.

      Cons

      Would be nice to have more refresher sessions after people have spent a few months on projects

      Salary for freshers Good exposure to clients projects for freshers

      Cons

      Firings are common The owners are rude arrogant vindictive especially the lady no cab service even for ladies that work late at night Special treatment to 'preferred' employees especially if the lady likes you work late on weekdays and weekends. wlb is in name only Employment verification is delayed if owners dislike you and experience letters take a long time
