      What I liked is that the environment is fairly straightforward. People are focused on work, and I have not seen unnecessary politics in my team. You are judged more by whether you are reliable, clear in your thinking, and willing to improve.

      Cons

      Standards are high, so average work usually does not go unnoticed.

      Salary for freshers Good exposure to clients projects for freshers

      Cons

      Firings are common The owners are rude arrogant vindictive especially the lady no cab service even for ladies that work late at night Special treatment to 'preferred' employees especially if the lady likes you work late on weekdays and weekends. wlb is in name only Employment verification is delayed if owners dislike you and experience letters take a long time
