      01. State buisness driven by highly crafted processes but doer and checker concept diluted by management to ensure output (even sub-standard) 02. Employee friendly policies 03. Inputs and policies were in detailed

      Cons

      01. Poor Work life balance 02. Higher Management Political 03. High class processes but everything runs on Excel sheets, nothing automated 04. Off-roll/low-end people work for almost 80/90% work but appreciation and reward/recoginzation is baised and unfair
