Long lasting company - Production Industrial Manufacturing Employee Review

This is a great company to work for. The people have been working here for more than 15 years. You have to be horrible to get laid off.

Medical insurance is cheap but only for employee, You can't add spouse if they have insurance options on their job.

There is nothing good to state

Jim Whitten the owner will yell at ANYONE including the fire inspectors who came to get his company in compliance however once he was told he had 9 violations he blew up and yelled stating no one tells him how to run his company. He lives in his RV on the property and is a very selfish manipulative man and frequently belittles his employees to boost his self esteem. He very forgetful and has no accountability for his actions blaming others for his faults. if I could give a negative as rating it would be most accurate.
