8yThank you for posting your review. We hear you loud and clear with insurance being too expensive. The company does take on a portion of the costs though. Insurance companies set their prices and we do try to research and find the best ones that will work with our staff each year. We feel your pain on this side. To address your issue about cell phones, yes, we do carry a no cell phone policy at work for a number of reasons. We want our employees engaged at work and not playing on their phones. Cell phones are a distraction at work or on the road, etc. We do have desk phones in place if someone needs to make a call or has an emergency, etc. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
