Pros
I came into this company with zero experience in the industrial field, and the only sales knowledge I had came from working in retail for many years. After just two months, I felt as if I was fully equipped to run my own territory, and they gave me that opportunity. Now, after working for the company for almost three years, we are given continuous training both on the spot and in structured meetings. The management really wants to see their employees succeed.
Cons
There are times when customers are in down situations and the pressure is extremely high. It's hard sometimes, to balance customers' urgent needs with the realities of working on a practical solution.
