Pay sucks, based on experience, was told I was going to be paid by the mile, at a rate of .59 cents a mile based on my experience, than later told that it’s only certain loads that pay that, was promised to only run day light hours, than later told if I wanted to make more than $500 a week I need to run when they tell me to run, so honestly they want your soul and only will pay you what they want to pay you, the “big 3” if your on their good side I guess you make more of a decent wage, if your very outspoken you get paid less. I have worked for a few trucking companies, all of which never want to pay me a decent wage but yet all want the work done,
