Pros

I've had the privilege of being a part of the Industrious Office team for some time now, and I can't adequately express my gratitude for the opportunity. One of the most notable aspects of Industrious Office is its unwavering commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance. The company places a high value on the well-being of its employees, actively cultivating a supportive and accommodating atmosphere. The introduction of flexible schedules and remote work options has had a profound and positive impact on my life. Furthermore, Industrious Office offers outstanding avenues for professional growth and development. The company makes substantial investments in its employees' career advancement by providing access to an extensive array of resources and comprehensive training programs. The company culture at Industrious Office is characterized by inclusivity and collaboration. I've had the privilege of collaborating with exceptionally talented and diverse colleagues, each of whom brings their unique perspective to the table. The sense of teamwork and camaraderie within the company is truly unparalleled. Additionally, it's remarkable to witness the flourishing tech culture at Industrious Office. Over the past few years, the company has evolved from being tech-light to a point where technology serves as a driving force behind revenue and innovation. What truly stands out is the low ego and high impact ethos that permeates our tech team. In conclusion, Industrious Office is more than just a workplace; it's a place where both personal and professional growth are actively nurtured within a forward-thinking and supportive community. I wholeheartedly recommend Industrious Office to anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Cons

At times, handling a substantial workload with a lean team can be quite daunting. Embracing challenges is a prerequisite for those working here, particularly within the tech team, but it can be pretty rewarding and makes you feel proud.

Pros

Lots of independence (depending on your manager). Loved being able to have the ability to order food and beverages, as well as having opportunities to host special events for the office. Pay is decent for someone starting out, but the bonuses are minimal (there are no pay raises). The "generous" PTO is solely dependent on your manager. Fortunately, two of my managers I had were chill about taking time off. There are also annual stipends they give out, such as a travel stipend and wellness stipend which were great.

Cons

One of the biggest question marks a lot of colleagues have had was the Food and Beverage service. Aside from being told to wear gloves, majority of us do not have any food handling certifications or are even taught proper food handling practices, but we spend half the week making food for customers (including chopping vegetables, fruits, cold meats, alcohol and handling dietary requirements (which I've seen questionable prepared food pictures from other offices locations)). It is a loophole as there are a few locations that no longer serve food/beverages after being shut down by the health department. While I was working, I was told that those offices were "busted" by their health departments for lacking proper permits and dishwashers that are not up to code for public use. If you're working in a big office, it burns you out really quickly trying to keep up with the tasks. I found the excessive cleaning to be very tiring after a while: coffee machines, messy meeting rooms, and piles of dishes. They primarily use reusable dishes (mugs, glasses, utensils, plates), which members toss in the sinks. Expect mountains of dishes and messy mugs with leftover teabags, coffee syrups, etc. left for you to clean each morning. Your back will hate you after the repeated tasks of loading and unloading those dishwashers multiple times a day. In addition, me and my co-workers struggled with unrealistic expectations from the regional manager. Each quarter the regional management inspects each offices on cleanliness, which my regional manager purposely docked points because our score was "too high". This reduced our ability to get annual bonuses. The company culture was a bit weird as well. It felt kind of cult-ish.
