Pros

You may notice several positive reviews appearing around the same time period. From my perspective, employees were encouraged to leave reviews on glassdoor. Therefore, I'd recommend reading reviews from different time periods to get a more balanced picture of employee experiences.

Cons

In situations where employees raise concerns or questions, the response comes across as defensive due to fear-based decision making, which makes open discussions harder. The company was originally founded by different leadership and has gone through transitions over time. During my time there, the organization felt like it was still evolving its management structure and long term team stability. The number of employees also feels quite small compared to how long the company has been operating, which raises questions about long term team stability. There are also internal politics and conflicts that create distractions for employees who prefer a straightforward and focused work environment. The organization operates with very centralized decision making with ever changing policies which, in my opinion, shows lack of integrity.

Pros

I’ve been working as a Data Analyst here for the past six months, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The company cultivates a highly collaborative, supportive environment where data-driven decision-making is genuinely valued. Leadership provides clarity of vision while allowing room for innovation, which makes day-to-day work both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Cross-team alignment takes effort – With multiple departments involved in decision-making, aligning expectations and timelines can sometimes slow progress.
