Pros

The culture at Infegy is phenomenal. There is strong teamwork among the individual departments within the company, and the departments work together well and frequently. Being a data analysis company, data is everything when it comes to decision making. Virtually every decision is researched, democratized, and makes sense. As an engineer, this is a very satisfying environment. If there is anything you want to learn any where near the scope of work done at Infegy, it is the perfect place to learn. Everyone is open and excited to teach each other about their particular expertise, and it is highly encouraged to work together as pairing different skillsets has a tendency to produce innovative ideas. This is a culture headed up by the CEO who on many occasions has taken the time both during the day and after work hours to help me learn new concepts that he has experience in. I have learned more at Infegy than at any other point in my life. Of all the various tech positions I've held and consulted with, Infegy is a truly unique place. It cares every bit about its employees as it does its customers.

Cons

Not for someone looking to be handed a list of TODOs or have their work planned out for them. If you prefer to churn through a list of tasks, perhaps somewhere bigger is more your style. Similarly, if you prefer to be distanced from responsibility, there is no place for this here. Employees at Infegy own their work and are responsible for the results.

Pros

The flexibility, benefits, and work environment are what keep people there.

Cons

The ceo & head of development and founders do not listen to their employees. They claim to want to hear feedback but when negative feedback is given, they can't take hearing that about their tool. They create a tool based on what they think is cool not what would keep the tool competitive in the industry. The teams are not on the same page. It is product vs. every other team. Every other team is given goals to hit but the product side doesn't have anything to hold them accountable thus, the other teams are grinding with a tool that doesn't get updated or remain competitive in the industry. Do not expect to get a raise or promotion any time soon. Tenure at the company doesn't mean anything to the CRO. He will make you explain why you think you deserve it, then tell you what your salary costs the company, then turn you down (especially if you are a female). You could potentially get talked about from leaders to other employees. The growth has significantly declined. Deadlines are never hit or taken seriously. Feedback across the c-suite isn't ever received well or taken seriously if you're anything less than a leader. They claim to always want to hear feedback, feedback has been given time and time again, and yet nothing gets changed.
