do not fall for any positive feedback. they just ask people to put positive feedbacks here worst management. no leadership. less pay than industry. expect so much from the employees but not ready to help or teach. on the name of start up they just push people to work long hours. very unstructured culture. management is very manipulative. they only want toe licker. people sitting on the management level don't have any idea and ask employees to solve it by own just ask for output without any guidance.
