Incredible work culture with great benefits and great people. A focus on creative thinking and outside the box solutions to governmental needs. No matter what area you support, you are guaranteed to be surrounded by amazing folks.
Cons
Government contractor, and as a result sometimes your hands will be tied with some crazy deadlines, and depending on the tasking and contract, your job may not always be guaranteed. It's up to you to keep selling new products as tasks wrap up so you can keep yourself working. But, that's the nature of contracting and not a fault of Infina itself. They work hard to help you manage that.
