1. decent salary 2. WFH facility 3. good work life balance , just maintain good relation with manager and no work

1. NMS test team managers very autocratic, have no respect for team members 2. Earlier environment was good, but lot of politics now 3. Senior management has lost focus and direction 4. Company firing strong technical people, and keeping favored people
