Pros
Everyone is so friendly, helpful, understanding, and it honestly feels like a second-family here. Even during the interview I felt like this would be the place where I retire. The executives, including the CEO are very approachable and there is that feeling of an open-door policy, you can really approach them with anything! There is definitely a lot of work to do, but I don't consider that a con - we are busy, we are all working, we all respect each other, and we make sure we get the job done! If you are a dedicated-hard-working person who wants to feel valued for the hard work you do - this is the place for you!
Cons
I have worked here a while and I still can't come up with one! Even the location is great - it's in Reston near The Melting Pot and Whole Foods which is in a shopping center, so plenty of options for food and even running errands! :)
