Pros
IE is allows me to be creative, provides an open environement and encourages molding free thinking into tangible action. In the end all we can ask for is to feel productive, that we mean something. Infinite makes me feel important.
Cons
If one is completely process oriented, most likely they will not fit in. The culture is very tight and those that dont match it get weeded out pretty quickly.
