Infinite Options Response
5yThanks for your comments. You're right that all internships are unpaid and there is no conversion to full time employment. That actually serves three purposes.
1. We want you to grow and then we want you to find a full-time job. This allows us continually help new people and build a network of graduates who can help current interns.
2. If there was conversion that would lead to competition and we don't want people competing with each other. Instead, we'd rather reward teamwork and learning.
3. By offering only unpaid internships we don't have to maintain a payroll, expend energy fundraising and we can focus on non-profit and philanthropic projects
Hope that makes sense. Thx again for the comment.
