Good peers but unpaid contracts and poor management - Security Engineer Infinite Ranges Employee Review

Pros

It isn't often that I can't come up with at least one positive comment. It isn't really much about the company, but I did work with a few good peers.

Cons

It doesn't matter what you agree to for your hourly rate, because they don't ever pay you. Many of the contractors have been unpaid for over 6 months. Leadership and payroll will ghost you when you ask when to expect pay. Their lab environment isn't maintained. Nearly no training or preparation before they drop you onto a project.

Pros

I found some new and exciting PKI projects to work on and Amber and the whole IR team have been world class to work with.

Cons

Just more new projects to work on!

Pros

Colleagues are nice and communicative.

Cons

Executive leadership changes frequently for unclear reasons, and the company has a pattern of mismanaging its finances, leading to delayed or missed payments to employees. Staff are often asked to continue working based on promises of compensation that may be delayed by up to 8 months. In some cases, individuals who leave are not paid what they are owed. I am still waiting on my $17k... Communication from current executives is nonexistent, and outstanding wages have reportedly accumulated to nearly $300,000, with no clear plan or timeline for repayment.
