- The flexible work time is the only thing that is apparently a good point - The young crowd, because they are hiring only new people at lowest possible salary and planning various strategies to remove or make the seniors resign!!

In 2017, the oxford will publish new word Technavio as a synonym for fraud, cheat, imposter, sham. Initially when I came to this company, it had good working environment, however over a period of time, the system got worst. The company wants its employees to work as robots and have no intentions of paying them for their hard work. An HR is someone who must see the welfare of its employees and not harass them and ignore their queries. Majority of the time an employee goes or mails to the HR, the standard reply is "I will get back to you"....which never happens!!! The company has no standard structure for variable pay and it tries its best to give lowest possible amount of variable pay compared to what you deserve. It has become a kind of mafia run by senior management and HR. apparently the officials are nerds from top management college and have no sense of managing the company. The company has introduced a new trick for not giving money to its employees..."Probation Period". I was never told about the assessment test when I joined the company. The probation period was supposed to be of six months and can be cleared only after passing the assessment test. But the company tries to make sure you never pass the test and remain in probation period forever. Well logically, the company should not publish any reports written by me since according to them I fail in all my assessment test and hence my analysis given in the reports will also be incorrect. BUT NO.....the company's plan is to make you write the report while you are in your probation period...and not give you any leave and appraisal. The company will harass you while you are working in the company, while you leave the company and even after leaving the company. The company will also make sure that you don’t get your “Full and Final Settlement”. The management will make you sign a document before leaving the company. The statements in the document are so vague and open ended and according to those statements, the company can file a case against anytime they want. It also states that an employee cannot write a review about the company on the social media. So basically, they don’t want other people to know that what a fraud company Technavio is!!! The reports are written in just 5 DAYS and are basically a copy paste of data from the previous reports. So you can imagine the quality of the report. On top of it the company has such a good management system now a days….soon the company will face its consequences if they don’t improve their management. If you are reading this, just note the ratings…later when you check again, I bet it will be higher because of the one or two-line reviews written after my review. You can even check the previous records…after every bad review there will be a good review with just few lines!!! Come on management…do you think people are fool and they will not recognize that its someone from the management writing those review just to increase the ratings!!! PLEASE STOP THIS SCAM!!!
