This company can be the best fit if you want to learn how to fool clients. The con men in this company are probably the best in the industry. This is the place for learning the skills of fooling top notch clients who pay huge prices for their bad reports.
Cons
First, i don't think that this company has a vision or mission in place. If it is, then i am sure it would be hiring people and firing the good ones. The management is a set of laggards, unaware of corporate culture and does not know how to treat employees. The basic corporate etiquette is totally absent in these people. The HR department is the Samosa consumption department (always munching samosas in the cafeteria). No etiquette and no reasoning ability. Apart from this, they think that they have no responsibility towards addressing employee issues. God knows, how they are termed as HR's. Secondly, you work in day and night in this production unit and what you get in return is lampooning from the top management that you are not giving quality to reports. You need to complete a market research report in five days and you expect quality and quantity? Absolutely no logical background. There is no dearth of people in higher posts who are interested in just coming and doing some nonsense over the internet and going off for smoking breaks every half an hour and the so called management lets all this go off unnoticed. But, if we the analysts make even a single mistake in the report, you will get fired. I sincerely doubt the mentality of clients who buy reports by paying around $2500 -$3000 per report as you are sure to find most of the analysis cooked up from other sources who provide reports of better quality and rich content. These people are playing the fool around here and expect to get away with it. The employees who have rich experience and background are termed as inefficient and low grade performers. Most of the good reviews which are provided here are the work of the management to attract new employees who will be subsequently fired within a few months. My earnest request to all the prospective employees of this company is that please stay away from this company if you intend to learn and come up in life. If you land in here, then you will be screwed and nobody can save you. Not even God!!!
