Toxic manager - Business Intelligence Analyst Infinitium Employee Review

During the interview, I was told that the probation period would be six months. However, after joining, the confirmation period suddenly changed to three months. The manager is also quite toxic and expectation set too high for fresh graduate. There was no proper training provided, yet I was expected to understand from A to Z of their fintech system, which is unreasonable. And also no OT claim is allowed because the company emphasize so called "Work-life balance"....super unrealistic
