Helpful team senior but hard to communicate whenever having work problems (not f2f)

During the interview, I was told that the probation period would be six months. However, after joining, the confirmation period suddenly changed to three months. The manager is also quite toxic and expectation set too high for fresh graduate. There was no proper training provided, yet I was expected to understand from A to Z of their fintech system, which is unreasonable. And also no OT claim is allowed because the company emphasize so called "Work-life balance"....super unrealistic

After being acquired by Euronet, certain HR policies hit long-serving employees. With no choice and much say. But if you're new, you'll get what you signed up for
