Pros
1) It is very convenience that the office is close to mrt, 2) Friendly and helpful colleagues
Cons
1) The workload was excessive, with unreasonably short deadlines to complete tasks. Employees were expected to take on more responsibilities within a shorter timeframe. When tasks required additional time to ensure quality, staff performance was questioned, creating unnecessary stress. 2) The company imposes a bond requirement. 3) While favoritism towards certain employees can occur in any workplace, it was concerning that some managers appeared to target specific employees they disliked. This behavior included nitpicking and finding trivial reasons to scold staff, sometimes even doing so publicly. This created a toxic work environment, leading to stress and a lack of confidence among the employees. 4) Before joining, candidates were informed that study and exam leave would be provided. However, after joining, it became evident that such benefits were not available. This felt misleading. It would be more transparent to inform potential candidates about the lack of such benefits during the hiring process, as some employees may still accept the position without these perks. 5) Management, particularly at the partner level, often displayed poor emotional intelligence and struggled to manage their emotions effectively. The overall culture felt cold-blooded and lacking in empathy, which negatively impacted employee morale.
