Leadership does an excellent job listening to employee concerns and actively making positive changes when needed. The clients and events are some of the coolest and most exciting to work on, making the work feel both meaningful and rewarding. The team is filled with talented, driven people who also know how to make the workplace genuinely fun and enjoyable every day.

The workload can be demanding at times as this is a fast paced environment though the hard work is extremely rewarding.

If you're considering applying for a position here, I highly suggest staying away and looking for opportunities somewhere else instead.

The employees of Infinity Creative are miserable. We are overworked, underpaid, and oftentimes disrespected. My work-life balance is terrible; I've barely had any time to do anything outside of work. Salaries don't reflect our heavy workloads at all, and management doesn't provide employees with much support.
