Furthermore, the absence of HR-led initiatives, such as Induction, Introduction, culture-oriented initiatives, or proper onboarding processes, reflects a lack of proactive leadership. I respectfully urge you to address these concerns promptly, either through direct intervention or by assigning another HR representative to conduct a thorough assessment of Mr. Sundar's capabilities. Failure to rectify these issues may not only compromise the morale and efficiency of the workforce but also tarnish the reputation of the organization.
