      Pros

      Very flexible work hours, very friendly and inclusive environment, great benefits, summer hours (done at 11am every Friday!) Workout facility with a trainer is available for all employees. Fun company-wide events throughout the year.

      Cons

      Could use a little more mentoring from leader.

      If you're a good Ole boy you won't have a problem. You need to be a part of the click culture. Owners are clueless what actually goes on.
