Pros

I’ve been working at Infinity Marketing for a year now, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal and professional development. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive team that genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The environment is energetic, positive, and motivating. Everyone encourages each other, and it’s great to be surrounded by ambitious people with similar goals. The office has a lively atmosphere that keeps morale high, and there’s always someone willing to help or offer advice if you need it. One of the things I’ve enjoyed most is the progression. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and there is a clear path to developing your skills and taking on more responsibility. I’ve grown in confidence, improved my communication skills, and learned valuable lessons that I know will benefit me throughout my career. The incentive programmes are another highlight. There are regular competitions, recognition for strong performance, and opportunities to qualify for holidays and team events. These incentives create a fun, competitive environment while rewarding people who consistently perform well. Which myself had the opportunity to travel to 3 different countries on holiday all paid by the company due my performance. Overall, my experience over the past year has been extremely positive. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can develop yourself, be part of a driven team, and have genuine opportunities to progress, I’d definitely recommend this company .

Cons

The role isn’t for everyone, especially if you’re not open to learning or stepping outside your comfort zone. The environment is fast-paced and goal-oriented, so you need to be willing to challenge yourself and stay motivated. Other than that, I’ve had a genuinely positive experience and have enjoyed my time with the company.

Pros

There are no pros joining this company unless you like being paid crumbs and overworking yourself.

Cons

I worked in this company for a year and I must say that is all a scam. From the very beginning they mislead you with information, starting from the pay and what the job actually involves doing; they’re not crystal clear with their intentions and if they can use you as much as they can they will without hesitation. In the beginning, they hook you with “tax-free pay, chance to win holidays and Saturday crew nights”, In reality, none of this happens, there’s no holiday, no such thing as crew night exists (luckily you might get your “leader” to buy you a chicken and chips on a random Saturday), and the pay can be considered exploitative. If you join, you will work from Monday to Saturdays, starting from 9am until 8pm, which if you think about that’s more than 60hours per week which is illegal. Transport is not paid, there’s no Human Resources, therefore, there has been plenty of SA cases that have not been dealt with properly (brushed under the rug), they are quite inconsiderate towards women and the overall treatment of their workers. There are so called “road-trips” which are described as work trips outside of London to try and generate a higher than usual influx of sales due to the areas being less saturated by salespeople, therefore, higher chance to increase your sales. The CEO books the trips and coach tickets, what they don’t tell you is that after the road-trip you have to pay back the cost of the Airbnb, during the trip you have to spend money on your own food and any other necessity you might need, so whatever you make on that road-trip just have in mind that half of it if not majority of it will be to cover the costs of everything you’ve spent in it. Don’t think about having any cancellation on your signups because you won’t be paid for that either, and expect to be working for longer hours during a road-trip. My aim was to gain experience, get out of my comfort zone and prove to myself I can do things I didn’t know I could do. I noticed a deterioration in my mood as the months progressed due to the lack of work-life balance. You can work yourself so hard in here and get paid crumbs, let alone anyone acknowledging anyone’s effort of showing up to this place. In my opinion, they concentrate on hiring young, inexperienced people, who might be easier to manipulate, you can certainly see the way people are brainwashed in this atmosphere by the way they talk and present themselves. If I can save someone from wasting their time, skill and resources I will say find a job that’s salary based because this is not the place to grow value within yourself. You will find yourself facing people with the title of “leaders” who can barely do their tie properly let alone teach and improve people’s growth within their team. The atmosphere in itself is quite unprofessional as you find yourself in the “office atmosphere” with; people vaping, people on their phones, loud music on speakers which is rather distracting, and you don’t feel empowered to progress nor is anyone bothered to progress. Place is disorganised and you will find yourself wasting your precious time in a place where they do not care about you but about how they can use you. The CEO does’t pay his workers properly, he writes the invoices himself and sometimes he won’t even tell you why you haven’t been paid until you ask and its some sort of “reason” like someone cancelling, reasons that should be added in the invoice by law, on top of this, the invoices are unprofessional as the names are misspelled. Once I finally left this place, I was not paid for the signups that I had made, contacted the CEO and was replied with “there has not been an issue on our side”, other people once they left have not been paid either. I’ve never been in a job where people loose more money than they make and Infinity Marketing is that job. I do not recommend this place.
