Pros
Great authentic culture. Fast-paced environment. Open seating designed to improve interactions with colleagues of all disciplines. Those who conduct work generally present data. Excellent opportunity as co-op student or first job. Lots of learning opportunities. Truly a 'leave your title at the door' type of organization. Human resources department are relatively more involved with staff and make efforts to improve situations for all when possible.
Cons
As with any company of this size the work flow is not always consistent. There may be slow days or very busy days. If you're too quiet or complacent it will be difficult to be acknowledged.
