Pros
Quick hire and four week training process at nominal pay - just above minimum salary. The training is thorough and some of the trainers are well informed and good conveyors of information.
Cons
The hiring body promised the employees a base pay of $15 per hour plus commission once on the sales floor, which did not happen. The employees were persuaded not to take meal breaks or breaks of any kind; however, the worst part is that no matter how perfect one's attendance or level of professionalism the bottom line is always net sales regardless of how they are acquired. Fellow employees are good, but Human Resources is one of the worst I have ever encountered. New employees are required to purchase licenses and headsets, but the licenses are not given to the employee at the time of termination. Termination is largely based upon net sales and NOTHING more, which is most unfortunate for the company. Quality Assurance encumbers sales efforts because the company is essentially fraudulent.
