I started my reviews as a learning experience instead of working because thi workplace emphasises on learning and team building instead of just working headlessly
Cons
As an HR Executive I believe the environment should be a bit more competitive but that does'nt mean there is no competition amongst the emoplyees, there is, a healthy one.
