      Pros

      This was my first time working for a non profit company. I was really pleased with the benefits packages offered. Full coverage insurance including dental medical and vision.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement, and I felt the wages were quite low for the Eugene area.

      Great co-workers/bosses, fun and interesting work, making the world a better place, good work/life balance, remote work available, the company seems genuinely interested in professional development even if it doesn't directly benefit them.

      Cons

      They pay at the lower end of the range.
