      Pros

      Lots of collaboration within teams and departments. The company does try its best to ensure and uphold its values. People first.

      Cons

      It's a service and people-based business so if someone needs a very structured environment, a lot of direction, or doesn't like to deal with people, it would be a very difficult job.
