Influential offers clear career progression, with internal and external sales training provided. I have grown into a broader sales role now, incorporating our Microsoft vendor partnership. I have also taken advantage of the EV car scheme with the associated tax benefits. I have also referred my friends for roles within the company too, as I believe Influential Software to be a great place to work, accompanied by some fun and useful perks and benefits.

The people that work at Influential are very friendly, and emphasis is on a relaxed working environment rather than pressure.

There is little in the way of a benefits package, there is no pension available - that is until the government force it upon them, and the salaries overall are very poor.
