Pros

- The work is fun, when there IS work

Cons

- This place is a total nightmare, management is absolutely horrible - You won't be listened to or respected, just consistently gaslighted - There is no HR department or anyone who will help you out if you have an issue - Incredibly unprofessional and toxic atmosphere, and the owner/CEO not only allows it to happen, but joins in and encourages it Trust me, you're better off avoiding the PTSD and staying as far away as possible from these people.

Pros

Influicity has an extremely positive work environment with flexible working schedules. I have learnt so much in my short time with this company, there is ongoing learning and training. You will definitely feel special working for Influicity, provided you put in the work of course. When I was given feedback on something, it was always constructive and supportive. I knew exactly what to do next or what to fix with a positive and passionate outlook . If you're working with Influicity and you want to go into sales, you will 10000% grow as a public speaker and a salesman/woman person.

Cons

For many, working remote would be entirely considered a pro. But personally after 3 years of studying online, I wanted to work in person. So in terms of the business and its operations, I cannot think of a single con to be honest. So not being able to meet with the team on a regular basis was basically the only disadvantage.

Pros

There is not much to say about his section.

Cons

There were a lot of internal company problems I was facing at a very early stage with this company including seeing many employees either quit or being let go from poor management that was out of my control. Some things that really concerned me were: -The company didn’t have an HR department, which created a toxic environment where employees could say harmful things and be able to get away with it. -3 employees left within a span of 2 months -The top manager in the company was very demanding, unpredictable and very hard to work with, not to mention racist and very sexist. -I hardly received any training when I started, due to some employees leaving that knew how things worked and being replaced with new workers, which caused a lot of anxiety with deliverables every day. I’ve never worked in an environment like that before and so I was trying to do the best I could with many days that I felt like quitting the job. This company is not worth the time and effort and simply best to look for a better company that will appreciate your skills.
