Very toxic culture especially in marketing team of some business units Some leaders are just plain bad, micromanagement to the next level, keep telling people that they don’t take enough ownership, but they A) They don’t define what all you are supposed to own, beyond your job description (yes that’s important, sometimes even your job description is also not defined to you) b) When something goes wrong these toxic ‘leaders’ will throw there employees under the bus and pretend to take 0 responsibility of a bad call The appraisals have been ABYSMAL since the last 3 years, don’t join if you’re looking for a long stint and hope for decent salary hikes All of this I have experienced at the matriomonial app business unit, in case you were wondering They had 1 or 2 day work from home, now even the weekly work from home is gone
