Info Support mainly works on projects at IT departments that struggle with software development, in that way the consultants get the feedback they are indeed better than engineers at other companies. -There are only a few seniors, even though they are very high performing, 90% of the company is a junior or medior. People above age of thirty are hard to find. - At least a few unpaid work events in the evenings every month. Think of quarterly meetings, unit meetings, customer meetings and area meetings. - a B grade is only received if you put in above average amount of effort, meaning working many unpaid hours. - salary is below average comparing the work-hours or the expectations. - they pretent there are unlimited options to boost your career, in practice you have to accept any project at a random customer even if it is not in line with your skills/goals.
