Pros
Inforeach has a nice environment where everyone is friendly, highly qualified and professional. I feel like I've learned a lot working with them. Benefits are also very good. They some times have ice-cream socials and corporate outings, not mentioning free lunch every Friday! The office is located down town Chicago which is also a plus.
Cons
The main downside is that there is not much room to grow career-wise. That is because the company is rather small.
