Pros

The pace of the day is fast like you'd expect from a startup company but the company is a well established business. The work environment is fun and the associates are friendly and easy to work with. Top of the line office space with some fun amenities. The management is goal driven and follow up with nice rewards. I love how fast we can deliver the next level of features to our customer base.

Cons

Employer 401k contribution would be a welcome addition to a decent benefits package.

Pros

I started with infofree.com shortly after college. I was able to learn how to work with customers, became the customer service manager and then finally moved into sales. Infofree gave me opportunities that most other places wouldn't...

Cons

As with any employer, sometimes employees have different goals and I found myself looking for other opportunities.

Pros

Will hire new college graduates and entry level employees. Most coworkers were great! Nice people albeit feeling stuck in their roles.

Cons

No structure, vision or strategy. Be prepared to be at the whim of the owner, who is as temperamental as he is out of touch. Things changed week to week, so flexibility is necessary and so is patience. Lots of turnover. This company is a direct competitor of infogroup (same product, same founder, same leadership team but much smaller) do a quick google search for how their history panned out. As a young professional, Infofree provided me with valuable lessons: always research a company's history and founder, if a company's culture doesn't fit your ethical views it's best to be an employee elsewhere and if you see clear signs of sexism and harassment in an office it's time to go! When I interviewed for subsequent jobs, people would smirk when I mentioned Infofree and ask me how that was going. Locally, the leadership team doesn't have a good rap and larger companies know it. I haven't been with the company for a while, so maybe things have changed but I doubt it.
