Pros
Cab facility, Top management in US is not bothered about employees and only rely on corrupt old so called leaders in India. They can do anything, can ruin your personal and professional life.
Cons
I was forced to resign during maternity leaves.management think us an overhead on company inspite getting good performance rating and awards, US management is not bothered to hear employees grievances.
