Do not fall for their job offers - Instructional Designer Infonative Solutions Employee Review

Their actual salary package is way lower than what they offered in the job description. The managers are biased and the leave policy is quite terrible. Employees are scolded for getting sick. The overtime policy is way worse, you are forced to do overtime and not paid a single penny for that. The job experience and designation are complete south, as an Instructional designer the task which is asked to do is only content development.
