      Pros

      The furnishings that are represented at INFORM are beautiful. It was nice to work with people that were passionate about interiors and creating great spaces.

      Cons

      The management at INFORM isn't very good. It was a toxic environment and the employees had a difficult time working there. Let's just say there's a lot of staff quitting and leaving this store through the years due to the lack of good management.

      Puntual payment A half of an hour of lunch Cupcakes in the birthdays

      Cons

      the owners bully their employees and emotionally abuse them, they don't pay their commissions, there is no possibility of growth and it is very difficult to earn commissions and have clients, the environment is very toxic, not training to the employees, The owners do not accept criticism of any kind.
