Overall the team working within can assist with semi-flexible schedules although the current model would not mesh well with full time students as the company had in its formative years. Customer base involves a mixture of construction, engineering, law, and health organizations that can introduce employees to many different environments. There never really seems to be a dull moment. The owner is personable, and is typically involved in many different scales of tasks.

I want to preface this with the fact that I take pride in seeking truth and this sometimes requires adapting to different perspectives and realities. I have never run a company so I can only offer my perspective as an employee. In order to provide input without coming off as just overall negative but really diving in, this will take more time than I have at the moment so hopefully this will suffice and I may revise at a later time.
