There was absolutely zero training for my position. I had to reach out often to ask for tasks. Management regularly ignored emails. Financial information often contradicted itself from various sources. I had to establish their accounting records because they didn’t have any. After a month someone finally told me about a file cabinet full of financial information. The CEO regularly shows up for half days and blames problems on old employees while trying to laugh it off.
