Pros
Enjoyable place to work. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out. Everybody also is able to work independently which means lots of interesting projects can be done at the same time.
Cons
None that I've found. I prefer a smaller company but there might be aspects of a smaller company that people don't like if they prefer large companies.
